I first met Karen Jones when she joined Borderview Christian Church in Elizabethton, Tennessee where I am attending.

She delved right in to working with local missions and LifeLine Missions International Inc.. In the fall of 2024, our church had an evening of sharing the talents of members of the church from singers, poets, artist, quilters and seamstresses, Karen brought in these darling clothing that she makes for her mission in Russia.

I had several dreams about Tabitha in the Bible was a faithful disciple of Jesus. Acts 9:36-42 tells us that Tabitha (who was also known as Dorcas) was devoted to good works and charity. Just like Tabitha, so many of us are devoted to helping others. I wanted to interview Karen about the gifts of compassion.

Soon Karen joined the Board of Directors of the Carter Compassion the goal of the mission is to provide individuals and families with a plan of action along with a mentor who will guide them through the process in a convenient “one-stop” facility.

Our desire is that our clients thrive and become contributing members of society. LifeLine Missions International (LLMI) is a Christian missions organization dedicated to the facilitation of short- and long-term mission ventures among peoples and children.

LLMI mobilizes, trains, deploys and provides pastoral administration to short- and long- term individuals and mission teams in the Youth Camps, Special Needs Children´s Home. Our mission teams, cooperating with teams from several other countries, are instrumental in bringing the transforming power of the Gospel into the lives of all ages in Russia.

To join either or both missions please contact the organizations.
